How We Work with a Client

SPEAKER ENGAGEMENT AND WEDDING PRODUCTION INFORMATION

IDENTIFYING IF THERE IS A FIT FOR YOUR SPEAKER ENGAGEMENT AND WEDDING:
At an early stage we need your specific speaker needs and budget for your program. If the event is a wedding, we need your date, pastoral needs, event description and budget.

PRE-EVENT QUESTIONNAIRE:
To help us make your program a spiritually anointed, dynamic, enjoyable, insightful and memorable success we request for you to complete and e-mail to our office our Pre-Event Questionnaire and Client Booking Form below. Use these forms to outline the event details.

GUIDELINE FEES AND AVAILABILITY:
We are happy to provide you with guideline fees and Dr. Jacquelyn Donald-Mims’ availability, if required. We do not confirm her availability until she is satisfied the engagement or wedding is likely to occur.

FORMAL CONTRACT:
Once you have signed and returned the Client Booking Form and Pre-Event Questionnaire we will issue a Formal Speaking Engagement Contract or Wedding Engagement Contract for authorized signature and return within seven (7) days, along with 50% deposit of the formal contract fee. Your date will not be confirmed (or booked) until we receive your signed formal contract with the 50% speaker booking deposit. Confirmation booking is conditional upon receipt of the authorized formal contract with the 50% speaker booking deposit.

FEES:
After the 50% deposit the remaining 50% balance of the formal contract fee is due upon arrival of Dr. Jacquelyn Donald-Mims. No services will be performed unless the full fee is received prior to your engagement event date and time.

TRAVEL:
All travel arrangements must be fully pre-paid at the time of confirmation booking. Travel considerations include hotel, airfare and transfers between the airport, hotel, and event location. Confirmation must be provided to Dr. Jacquelyn Donald-Mims at the time of confirmation booking.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment for Dr. Donald-Mims speaking services is accepted through the following payment methods:
1. Official Bank Check or Cashiers Check
2. Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, American Express)
3. Money Order
